The present study analyzed the mediating role of organizational commitment in effect job satisfaction and culture on employee performance. Job may influence mployee variable with most significant performance was hrough culture. result demonstrated increase through commitment. It is recommended to consider positive auto financing business. Partial Least Square (PLS) applied. method allows researcher analyze direct indirect effects research model, i.e., when acted as variable. This involved several autofinancing companies.
